Frequently Asked Questions
You can place your order via email, or through our contact form. We will reply to you to confirm details and then send you a payment link.
How do I place an order?
That's great! We have a couple of suggestions. The easiest options are the non-measured items, like a stole or book cover.
If you're looking for a measured item, a gift card is always a safe bet, but in case you'd like a more physical gift, we can help you make an educated guess on the sizing. (If your recipient needs adjustments, it's on us.)
What if I want to buy a gift?
Yes! Please contact us and we can provide you with a price quote and timeline.
Can you help me with a custom order?
Honestly? No. We love to show you our showroom though, and encourage you to stop by our hidden gem in the Lower East Side.
If you can't come in, we will send you instructions to take the measurements remotely.
Do I need to come in to get measured?
How long does it take to make each item?
After we receive your measurements, we can produce custom items in about two weeks. Please let us know if you are working on a specific deadline, as we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Churches and clergy members are welcome to set up a financing plan for their purchases. Please contact us for details here.
Can I finance my purchase?
We pay a living wage to our employees at all stages in the production process. There is also a hand-made aspect to our goods and garments. This makes our products a bit pricier than average. Luckily, there are lots of benefits to springing for our craftsmanship.
Why are your products so expensive?
When a church purchases a garment or a gift, that item is tax free. Priests and members of the clergy are able to deduct many items from their taxes, under the uniform deduction.
